Dear Immnh111,

The disorientation concerns me. You didn't mention if you are taking any medications. I am including a link of a checklist for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Note that all of your symptoms are included in the checklist including the frequent urination: http://www.livingwithillness.com/id275.htm

Here is a describes what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is: http://www.livingwithillness.com/id3.htm

And here describes Fibromyalgia: http://www.livingwithillness.com/id4.htm

I don't like referring people to websites, however both fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are very particular. As you will see, there are many symptoms, and I believe these sites will give you a good idea of what both of these diseases are. Please let me know if you need any help understanding the above sites or help breaking down the terminology.

Dear Immnh111,

Condoms do provide added protection from STD's, however nothing except abstinence can guarentee not contracting STD's. Here's some symptoms of STD's:

HERPES: Sores that usually start as one or more groups of tiny, clear blisters with a red base. When those sores break open, they form pink or red sores that usually crust over and heal within 2 to 12 days. The blisters are typically in clusters, but you might just have one blister. Other symptoms of genital herpes may include:

  1. Fever
  2. Muscle aches
  3. Sore lymph nodes in the groin area
  4. Vaginal discharge in women
  5. Trouble with urination

Chlamydia infection often causes no symptoms at all. Many people are not even aware that they are infected. When symptoms do occur, they can include:

  1. vaginal discharge
  2. spotting
  3. pain with sex
  4. lower stomach aches
  5. irregular periods
  6. a burning feeling when urinating
  7. a discharge from the penis

In general, watch for these general signs and symptoms, and if you do have them, you can be checked by your doctor for diagnosis. These are common symptoms of most general STD's:

(1) Itching around the vagina and/or discharge from the vagina for women.

(2) Discharge from the penis for men.

(3) Pain during sex, when urinating and/or in the pelvic area.

(4) Sore throats in people who have oral sex.

(5) Chancre sores (painless red sores) on the genital area, anus, tongue and/or throat.

(6) A scaly rash on the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet.

(7) Dark urine, loose, light-colored stools, and yellow eyes and skin.

(8) Small blisters that turn into scabs on the genital area.

(9) Swollen glands, fever and body aches.

(10) Unusual infections, unexplained fatigue, night sweats and weight loss .

(11) Soft, flesh-colored warts around the genital area

Your symptoms just don't fit. I think you should look into the possibilities of the things I discussed in the previous post.

*STD symptoms per CDC
