What are the withdrawal symptoms of alcoholics?

I have been a alcoholic for years....I recently quit drinking and i have been sick. what are the Withdrawal symptoms I could be experiencing?

Can you tell me how long you have been drinking? And approximately how much a day? What are some of the symptoms you are having? Are you on any kind of medications at this time? If so can you tell me the name of them?
