Why am I always feeling dizzy and lightheaded

When I am awake - cant do anytihng because I am feeling dizzy and light headed and it is reall yannoying me - please help?

No my ears are fine! Just got a constant really dizzy feeling and ever so often my heart races and then goes back to normal again! I do feel quite nauseous with it as well
