A Common Migraine Headache needs to be ruled out. I suggest to you to go to an Emergency Room . Have someone to drive you to the Emergency Room since you are light headed.

Reply to V. Yetimyan   M.D.'s Post: I may need to give you more info. I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago, she wanted me to take prilocec otc, she felt that I was having an anxiety attack. My blood pressure was a tiny bit high but she was not worried.

about 2 yrs ago my eye doctor said I have astigmatism in both eyes. I wore contacts for awhile and it seemed to go away.

Now my question is since I know I have high stess, have been told about the anxiet attack and am wondering if this takes time to go away (the motion sick feeling) or could it be my eyes causing the problem. None of the symptoms are really bad, I just don't ever feel "good"

I suggest to you to see an eye doctor to rule out if a problem with tour eye causing your other symptoms such as nausea , headache , dizziness etc. If no eye problem causing it then you can see a Neurologist to rule out other causes such as Migraine , panic attack, stress etc.
