If my tubes have been tied, is it possible for me to be pregnant? I feel like I am , but I don't want to be crazy and go buy a pregnancy test. I feel a lot like I did when I was pregnant, nauseaus and very tired.

Yes , it is possible. Pregnancy rate 1-3% after tubal ligation. Since you have some of the symptoms of the pregnancy you should do a pregnancy test.
