Trying to conceive have 2 children (3 and 5)- never

Trying to conceive have 2 children (3 and 5)- never miss a period unless coming off mirena 6 months ago- and miscarriage 6 years ago. I just turned 36 we started trying last month and now am 5 days late- all tests are neg including blood test. Is this a sign of early menopause- should I worry?? Oh and I have been nauseas and crampy all week just like if I am getting my regular period. Nauseasness ends at 10 am and comes back in evening- what next?
