I have been on crystal meth for about a month and

I have been on crystal meth for about a month and am honestly not addicted to the drug.
Infact i've quit, but my skin has broken out with small spots of what looks like psoriasis. There is no itching, burning, or discharge of anykind. I feel perfectly fine physically and have no symptoms of illness. What is this irritation on my skin? How can I treat it?
