This is probably a form of heat stress especially if she has been out in the heat the last few days. With Tylenol and Motrin I would not expect her temperature to go past 102.5 and should go down considerably by oral hydration along with the medications. Continue to check her temperature 2-3 times daily to see if it will rise. If it is not the heat then a viral illness will be the cause of this based from her symptoms and lack of symptoms, this could be the case. If her temperature goes above 102.5 or last more than 3 days, or if her symptoms get worse, she needs to see a doctor right away. I expect for these symptoms to go away in a day or two.
