What are the symptoms of a blood clot? I have numbness in my hand, tingling down my arm, and a pain in the crease of my arm (elbow area) that feels like something is pinched. This has been going on for about a week now.

I am 26 years old and I am a pack-and-a-half a day smoker. Past medical history is minor things (hernia surgery age 7, tonscilectomy age 18, I have been diagnosed with Acid Reflux and TMD, I have had pneumonia and influenza within the last year). My family has a history of blood clots-My father, grandfather, aunt; this is why I am concerned.
