Hello,

My 12 yr old non verbal autistic daugher had a fever last night (101) and experienced some vomitting. We gave her Ibuprofen and she finally fell asleep. This morning, her fever was 99 degrees and the vomitting had stopped. However, we noticed a rash on her right foot only with accompanying swelling in the area. she doesn't appear to be in any discomfort but she historically has a high pain tolerance.

Should we rush her to the ER? Or should we watch it and take her to her doctor tomorrow if the symptoms do not subside?
