25, female, and I havent tried anything. I just don't have the money to buy antibiotics and I already had some.

No its not pink eye. I went out of town and i forgot my contact solution so my mom let me have some of hers, I came home the next day and i fell to sleep with my contacts on i woke up the next morning and I couldn't see my eyes where blurry. I took them out and now my eyes are still red and brown around the pupil.
