I have all the irritable symptoms that I always get before my period starts, cramps, moody, bloated. However, no period. I went to the Emergency Room 2 days ago as I have no insurance and that was where I was advised to go. Nothing was accomplished. I still have moderate to bad cramps, and no period. What can this be? My periods have been irregular for 6 months. I am 37 years old and had a tubular ligation 12 years ago. They did do a pregnancy test just to make sure which was negative.
