This may be occurring due to hormone levels changes. I would at this point request your doctor to do a blood work to check your hormone levels, as you may need a bit of hormonal helps prior to the start of your period.

If the cramping, bleeding etc is bad enough, it in itself can cause you to vomit be nauseated etc.

I know you said you were not ready for Birth Control. But you may want to try a low-dose method, even if you try it for 4 months to see if there is any change at all. If it's due to hormonal imbalances or spikes in your hormones, then by taking the pill may just be worth it. Some woman need to take BC just to counter act symptoms associated with menstruation.

Other wise, some other "home" things you can try. Is emetrol or suppository which can help with vomiting and sooth your stomach. The day before and the day of your period: Avoid foods & smells that trigger the nausea/vomiting. Eat the few things that do appeal to you. It might also help to stick to bland foods and try to eat food cold or at room temperature, which tends to have less of an odor than hot food. Snacks, such as crackers, by your bed. When you first wakes up, nibble a few crackers, then rest for a half hour or so before actually getting up. Snacking on crackers during the night as well may help too. Just try to eat small meals, nothing large.. maybe a few bites here and there, which if you can make it where your stomach never gets empty but just have a little something in your stomach helps. Carbohydrates are most appealing when feeling nauseated, some feel better when eating high-protein foods. Avoid anything fried, spicy, greasy. Also sipping on something as well throughout the day, rather than taking full swallows. Gatorade may be a good source to sip on as well. Ginger ale is a natural stomach soother too.

Hope some of the above helps and gets you to feeling better during this time of the month.

Best of luck Hun, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and leave *POSITIVE* feedback.
