I am a 36 year old female sufferring from serve anaemia. Last year my haemoglobin was at a 5, I was admitted into the hospital for three days and recieved 3 pints of blood. Now I am being told that my iron level is at a 1. I notice that I stumble sometimes when I walk, I often feel light headed and I still have no ideal what the problem is. I have had a bone morrow biopsy, MRI and every physician that I have seen has stated they have never seen anything like this before. Can you please point me in the right direction. It has even be suggested that I become a part of a research study? My question is research for what?
