I AM 34 YEARS OLD, I HAVE 4 CHILDREN. MY QUESTION IS THIS. RIGHT BEFORE I WAS TO HAVE MY PERIOD THIS MONTH MY BREASTS WERE VERY TENDER, I WAS BLOTTED, I ENDED UP BEING 2 DAYS LATE, BUT THEN IT WAS ONLY LIKE ONE DAY LONG AND VERY LIGHT, ONE PAD COULD LAST 12 HOURS, AS OF NOW MY BREASTS ARE STILL VERY ENLARGED, IT SEEMS LIKE A WHOLE CUP SIZE, AND I AN VERY TIRED. I'M ALSO EXPERSING A LARGE AMOUNT OF GAS. SOMETIMES PAINFUL. MY QUESTION IS THIS IS THERE A CHANCE THAT I AM EXPECTING?

Many women have light bleeding or spotting during their first few months of pregnancy, so your bleeding for a day is not unusual. You should go ahead and take a home pregnancy test IN ANOTHER FEW DAYS (if you take it now, it may be too early for the pregnancy hormones to be in your urine). If it is negative, you should make an appointment with your doctor to get checked out - there is a possibility your symptoms could be an indication of a health problem (such as a hormone inbalance).
