i'm having pain in the bottom of my foot, when I wake

i'm having pain in the bottom of my foot, when I wake up it painful and it feel that way throughout the day, but i can still walk around and go to work. there doesn't seem to be any infection or sore there but it's bothering me. what is this pain. it's in the center of my heel on the bottom of my right foot.
