what do i need to do if a fly came out of my ear, and has been there all day?

i felt my ear buzzing all day, but i cuoldnt figure it out. when i got out of the shower tonight there was a fly.

Sorry for what happened to you. For now you do not have to do anything.

If any of these symptoms develop see your doctor:

Pain develops or increases.

Fever develops.

The ear, ear canal, or the skin around the ear becomes red or swollen.

Drainage from the ear develops.

It is unlikely that the insected could have laid eggs in your ear. I can imagine that you are very anxious but for now try to get some rest and watch for the signs that I gave you earlier.
