Reply to Alexander Irvine's Post: I don't know what more to tell you. Sunday was the 1st time I got dizzy. I checked my blood pressure and it was 101/85. Today I got dizzy again but I don't have access to check my blood pressure at this moment. The dizziness feels like I am spinning and if I walk to fast or move to fast...I'll fall.

Reply to Alexander Irvine's Post: Lasted about an hour or so. And yes it feels like everything is spinning including my stomach. Sunday it happened twice....Once while I was shopping and I just stopped shopping and went in my vehicle, took a sip of diet coke and tried to relax myself. 2nd time I was sitting and it happened when I got up. I had to literally try and hold on to something for balance.
Today I was just sitting at my desk and all of sudden felt like the room was spinning. I still feel a little queezy but I'm able to walk around without the feeling of falling. No pain, No palpitations and No shortness of breath. I feel like I can put my head down and take a nap but I'm not tired. I just feel week.

Hi

You are descibing vertigo.

One cause of this is a small stroke in the back of the brain affecting the area that controls balance.

There are other causes but given your other medical problems I feel it is important to rule this out - you require to see a Dr as soon as you reasonably can.
