Question

Is there anything I can do to stop the Cymbalta withdrawal symptoms I

Sent to Health Experts October 04, 2006 11:24 a.m.

I have recently stopped taking the anti-depressant medication, Cymbalta. Six days ago to be exact. Since I have stopped taking it I have been suffering with anxiety, disorientation, deep sadness (crying for hours straight), tics, a vertigo sensation, and the list goes on. I do not want to take one more of those pills at all. I have been taking Xanax when I've been feeling really out of it (and honestly it's almost all day). Is there anything at all you can recommend that is a natural product (vitamins, anything) that can help me balance myself again and get over this withdrawal from Cymbalta any time sooner? (and for peace of mind, I would really hope that your doctors don't prescribe this med without going over the major withdrawal symptoms that so many are starting to experience- you can read blogs on this all over the net.)
