I woke up today feeling very drowsy and lightheaded. When I urinated, and after I had finished, I started getting this pain in the tip of my penis. During the morning, during several occasions I really felt like I was going to pass out. I have slept very little during the last days so I attributed it to that. Later during the morning when I went to the bathroom, I noticed I had a white discharge from my penis. Immediately went to the doctor and with out preforming any exam, told me I could have gonorreah. Gave me shot and two pills of Azithromycin of 500mgs.

Two questions:

1. Is the lightheadedness and drowsyness associated with gonorreah. After almost a year of taking 3mgs of Lunesta every night, I stopped taking these pills two nights ago. Is there is a correlation to that or its one of the symptoms to gonorreah?

2. The event from which I got this occurred last Wednesday. I had unprotected sex (anal) with my partner on Sunday. I did not ejaculate inside him. What are the chances that I could have infected him if I've had no symptoms until today?
