I am having symptoms of lightheadeness, weakness, cold sweats - but i do not pass out. Nothing really seems to spin though. This has occured once today and once yesterday and i was in different locations, different temperatures, doing different things. I am a male, 25 years old. I have had some heart problems and found out that my brain is also slightly tilted. Also have history of diabetes but no other symptoms of that.
