Is it unusual for premenstrual symptoms to change over time as you age? I generally have some bloating, breast tenderness. The symptoms usually start no more than a day before my period starts.   A few days ago, I noticed enlarged breasts and tenderness very similar to when I was pregnant. But my husband had a vasectomy several years ago. Research says there is a 1/2000-4000 chance of getting pregnant after a vasectomy. I have had the symptoms for 3-4 days now with no sign of my period (although it is not scheduled to start for about a week, or a little less--it has not been very regular lately) Is it likely that this is just a change in my premenstrual cycle and not pregnancy?
