I of course can not say if you are pregnant or not. If you are sexually active you should be using some type of protection, which should include a condom, as sexually transmitted disease amoung teens is very common.
However, if you suspect you are pregnant, there are at-home pregnancy test you can buy at the pharmacy. They can detect a pregnancy at about 10-14 days post conception.
As for the sleep issue. Teenagers require a tremendous amount of sleep. 9-10 hours a day/night is not unusual. The increases need is due to the increase growth, development and hormonal changes that take place. These changes exert a huge demand on the body.
