My son is 22 years old, 6' 215 lbs. He was just discharged from the Navy a couple months ago. He is and has always been very active. He's sustained a number of hits to his head boxing, martial arts, football, motor cross etc. He also lifts very heavy weight regularly. He has complained since Labor Day of blurred vision, frequent headaches, dilating pupils and difficulty focusing. He says it's like being under the influence but he doesn't drink or do drugs. He went to his local ER where they took his vitals and took a scan. The ER Doc asked him if he's been under stress. He doesn't feel that he has, although he has been through substantial transition. The ER Doctor told him to take Claritin for a few days. If it doesn't clear up he suggested he get a MRI.

I don't believe his symptoms are the result of allergies. What could these symptoms indicate?
