what is adenopathy

I had a CT scan of the abdoman and it showed I had "Mild adenopathy and I am not sure what that is or what I need to do.

I am 36..5'2..144lbs. I went in for right abdominal pain. I have had so many surgeries in the past..I figured it was scar tissue, I know scar tissue doesn't hurt, its what its attached to. I don't understand why I am hurting so bad.
