yes, my wife leg and thigh hurt[behind the knee and down her leg]. also she have a burning sensation down and up her leg. last but, not least her knee popped all the time   and side of her leg is hard. SO CAN YOU HELP ME/

She needs to see an orthopedist. There can be a few causes for this, but the important thing is that she can be pinching the nerve that serves the leg, which can be dangerous.

Usually unstable ligaments that keep the knee in place can cause this. There is enough concern here to have an MRI of the knee, so she needs to see an Orthopedist.
