Pelvic pain and possible ovarian cyst - please help

I am experiencing moderate pelvic pain. I have a history of ovarian cysts, and I think I may have one again. With my first cyst, it was on my left ovary, and all my symptoms affected my left side. Pain, bloating, etc. For the past 7-8 days, I have had pain on both sides, but with bloating on just the left side. At first, I was scared I may be pregnant. I have taken three pregnancy tests, and they have all been negative. My period should start this coming Monday or Tuesday. Do you think this pain is caused by another ovarian cyst? At times, the pain goes to my lower back and upper thighs, and it can be pretty intense at times. Please help if you can...and let me know if you need any additional information.
