yes i recently started taking muscle milk to gain lean muscle mass. right now im at 150lbs and have started seeing results. although i heard that it can cause kidney stones and other urinary problems. then just recently i have noticed trouble urinating. its gotten better but its like i have to go and only some will come out and then it will abuptly stop and i still know i have more but it wont come out and it even burned a little at times. none of this occured ever until i started taking this muscle milk. i figured it had to do with the high amounts of protein and other ingriedients that caused this or i may have just a urinary tract infection of some sort? thanks for your help in advance
