Do I have an Ulcer?

Ever so often i get this severe pain in my upper stomach..The pain also occurs in my back and feels like someone is breaking my back in half..I can't talk during the episodes and I gasp for air, breathing out of my mouth...Each episode last for about 30 minutes..It normally occurs after I eat chinese food or pizza..I try taking tums, pepto bismal, anything that might help, but nothing works..does this sound like an ulcer?
