You would have had to had sex with someone who has the illness. This would be the only way for you to pick it up. You would need to come in contact with someone who has the diesease.

Then you get the disease and it may or may not causes symptoms. In males is is very common that common that they wiull not have symptoms and then they pass it to the female without knowing.
