I am about to start Seroquel for bipolar with psychotic ...

I am about to start Seroquel for bipolar with psychotic features, ptsd, anxiety, dissosiative disorder and I cannot take it if it will make me gain weight. Is there something I can take with it to stop the weight gain? Should I take something different alltogether, wellbutrin? tomopax?
