Recently I was diagnosed with migranes which does not run in my family. I don't really get a bad headache but I see zigzag lines and experience tunnel vision. But recently I have been having tingling in my arm and fingers as well as feeling tired and just not feeling 100%. Are all these things related?

While it is not possible for me to make a definitive diagnosis over the internet - these symptoms are ALL consistent with the diagnosis of migraine.

I applaud your doctor for making this diagnosis. Migraine is frequently a missed diagnosis.
