What would the signs/symptoms be of an impending stroke(cva)

for approx. 3 wks now, I have had a (?) stiff neck. For the past week i have had the sensation of a tinling in my neck/head area. It s now spreading into shoulder and down onto chest

the tingling sensation that I have is not constant but occassionally. I also have a pain in the head area, (on the back right side, on the bone part)
