I am an otherwise healthy 55 year old female with a modest pain (only when I move a certain way) at the top rear of my right leg with slight numbness on my right side. I can walk fine but there is slight weakness in that leg when I bend down. I thought it could be a pinched nerve, but I'm concerned it could be something more serious. This is the 4th day of symptoms. I have not experienced an injury that I am aware of. I've been using a treadmill recently. Can you help?

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 55

Already Tried:
Nothing. I've continued with my daily activity.
