I have been sick for almost three weeks. I have went to see a physician at the er. They first said it was vertigo and that it will go away. Well I am still experiencing dizziness, nausa, severe migrane headaches, weakness, cloudy thoughts, imbalance feelings, and it has been so depressing all i can do is cry through the pain. I have also notice that I been bleeding off and on even more lately during this time separate from my regular period which i also have been having issues with for months. I left work today because I was feeling so bad i begin shaking like tremors. Can their be something else to explain this.

Given your symptoms, you may have a bacterial infection. You need to go to an urgent care clinic and see if a spinal tap is right for you. Your symptoms indicate that you may have a condition known as meningitis. A CBC and another urinalysis should be done also. Feel free to print this post out and show it to the doctor. It may give the doctor a better understanding of your symptoms and how to treat you. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.
