Hello my name is Daniel I'm 27, at my correct weight, & healthy. Tonight when I went to the restroom I experienced a noticeable amount of bleeding out of my rectum, enough to concern me. I'm not in any pain. what do you think it could be?

There are a number of causes of rectal bleeding. This could be do to hemorrhoids or something more serious such an inflammatory condition in the intestines (Crohn disease or colitis), a polyp or even a tumor (rare at your age)

Since you described this as "noticeable amount" - I would suggest that the best approach would be to go to an emergency department to get checked.

I don't have inssurance, do you think it's an emergency? I feel fine. A week ago I bled, but only a mall amount noticed on toilet paper. This has never happend, not this much. it was more like 1/2 an oz of blood maybe less.
