I've been having recurring bouts of nausea, vomiting

I've been having recurring bouts of nausea, vomiting and loose
stools. I've had an abdominal x-ray and it was inconclusive.
My Internist prescribed Promethazine 25 mg every six hours-it is not working, this time. I have an appt. to see a GI specialist, but
it isn't until March 6th. Can you please help me survive until then? Today, I cannot even hold water down.

Reply to Doctor_Shiv(M.D)'s Post: Yes, am passing urine just fine. Loose stools are 1-2 per day. I'm not sure about dehydration.
I am stressed and anxious only because I feel so terrible.
