just need some suggetions. I am going to a Urologist and nurologist in april. I have some symtoms i would like for a doctor to help give me some suggestions what could be the issue.

Already Tried:
Had liver enzymes of 70 and 90 but 35 and normal now. hiv negative chlamydia negative gonnerreah negative syphilis negative herpes negative hepatitus b or c negative i do have alot of stress Had an abdomianl ultra scan which seemed fine Had a CT last year that seemed fine I do have a kidney stone

My issues seemed to start in december 2006. I had what i thought was a sinus infection. I got amoxycillian and a antibiotic shot and steriod. It did not help. I went back in January and got another and i still had sinus drainage bad. I felt fatigued and nausiated. I had sinus surgery in febuary probably just chasing a symptom and this did open me up. My sinus still drains more than it ever did before december. I wash it everyday with salin and baking soda. I sometimes feel just a slight pain in throat. not sore but still there. My legs have felt week most of the time. I stay fatigued if i do to much. I have had tingles through my body from the time this started. but not as much now. Had tingles and it usually happens at night. I have had muscle twitching in my left thigh muscle also since then.
A month ago my lips went pale and i had a Titer from a test show i had mono but it was a Titer and had no active monocites. My liver test was good now at enzymes being 35 but were up to 70 and 90. My CBC shows normal on everything. After walking 2 miles i had kidney pain in the right kidney and then in the left and then in both testicles. All started in the same day. i also had a swelling in my mouth. The swelling is right behind the to from teeth. It was painful but now not hardly any pain since i was on another oral antibiotic. I also have had cipro. I do have hi choloestorl. I know this is alot. Just wondering if something i could have caught could be causing this or am i putting to much together and its just age. I have be very healthy to this point. Thanks

Also i pee alot more than i use to. If i drink something i have to pee. The pain is not as bad but still pain or itching in both kidneys the right one being worse and testicle pain. thanks..just an add on.

It seems like i have slight pain sometimes times where the spleen is. I have pale lips but i CBC is normal. Any suggestions? I feel like a virus has caused all this. But since i gave you everything i was tested for you don't feel it is virus related?

Based on your symptoms ? muscle twiching ?tingle etc electrolyte imbalance needs to be rule out .

Your docotor may consider checking serum electrolytes.

Infections usually cause symptoms like fever .

Also you have taken antibiotics recently and your CBC is already normal .

Also a history of kidney stone and some textbook symptoms of kidney stone are present suggest renal origin of symptoms .
