My stomach always hurts and I am usually nauseous after

My stomach tends to hurt more at night. I am not in a high stress career. Bowel movements are extremely irregular.

Hi,

Your symptoms are suggestive if irritable bowel syndrome .

Ideally you should have a Ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out any abdominal or pelvic pathology before considering this to be functional .

You should consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Also you may take some fibre supplement to regularise bowel motion.

Take plenty of water .

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables .

Avoid fast food .
