I have a 10 month old little girl. She is teething ( 2 on bottom & 4 coming in on top). She has cold like symptoms and is miserable. I understand this is normal but in addition, she has mucas build up in her eyes and a slightly swollen face (eye area). I do not know if this is normal or if I should take her to the emergency room. Can you let me know what you think ??? Please???
