i am a 43year old male i have had the pain for 2days in the middle of my stomock area feels like gas tryed differnt over the counter pills but i still have the pain when i burp it feels better for a bit but it but then comes back

Hi,

In my opinion you need further clinical test like Ultrasound of the abdomen for further evaluation of the cause of abdominal pain and rule out conditions like gall bladder stone etc .

Possible causes include excessive gas ,constipation ,gastritis ,bowel obstruction ,cholecystitis to name a few . As such you should be seen by a doctor for further evaluation of the symptoms .
