i am 13 weeks pregnant, and two weeks ago i had what i believed to be a uti. i had the usual symptoms of urgent, frequent need to pee, not feeling like i could really empty my bladder, and a burning sensation when i peed. i drank about two gallons of water that night, and then went to the doc's the next morning. they found lots of white blood cells, and prescribed me antibiotics, but then the culture didn't show anything and they told me to stop the medication. on the day two weeks later, it happened again after having sex with my husband... i feel better today, but it was an awful sleepless night spent on the toilet. what could this be? i'm getting a little worried, thinking that whatever it is it can't be very good for the baby...
