Hi, I would suggest you to consult a neurologist specialist to investigate your symptoms ,in order to receive the appropriate treatment .

This pain looks like you are suffering from strong migraine headache , this pain usually affects one side ( left or right ) ,but it also can affect both sides .

This pain is related to the release of certain subtances ,that produce brain blood vessels dilation and inflammation . This is the main cause of the pain that you are feeling . However , the doctor will perform a brain CAT or RMI ( to rule out the presence of a brain mass or other structural abnormalities ).

Migraine patients usually experience this pain behind the eye ,that can get watery ,like you are experiencing .

The neck pain ( stabbing neck pain ) is related to the neck muscle hypercontraction, that usually migraine produces

The treatment usually includes : drugs to prevent the painful episodes mainly vasodilator drugs ( Betablocker ) with drugs that will relieve the acute pain , the more effective drugs for this type pain ,are called Triptans , the most common used drug is Sumatriptan ( Imitrex ).

Consult a neurologist to be evaluated and appropriately treated .
