Hello,
The condition you describe is known as Gastroparesis. This is a condition in which the stomach walls fail to push the food forward. It can occur due to failure of a part of the stomach wall (called the 'pacemaker') to initiate the contractions of the stomach walls.
The commmonest causes of gastroparesis are diabetes, surgery on the stomach or intestines, injuries, infections etc. In your case, it is probably as a reaction to the scope inserted into the stomach.
Treatment can be done by medicines, diet changes, or by inserting an artificial pacemaker, depending on the severity of the condition.
