the dr who did the injection is just a pain amangement guy--i did nto really know that wehn i went to the ortho group
I was out of work for three months due to an injury which was the sipped disk on workers comp--I ws finally doing better and fairly ready to go bck when the ortho dr said just get an injection and see if that will help with the pain and swelling at neck (now thst is much worse)
so that is how it started i went in for the injeciton on nov 6 and he even used the dye and x ray i have called a few lawyers just to get some insight, but havent heard back yet i guess because holiday
the neuroguy i see says soemthings i am feeling have nothing to do with the injury i dont agree besides he said i can do anything i want with my hand --but that is not ture--i try but i get pain and hand is weak etc... i usually am afraID NEVER WENT THROGH THIS BEFORE recently theneuro dr said some of my symptoms are psychological--i was offended--why would he say that--that is wehn he said i can do anything with my hand

The fact that you could do the other tests is good, this means that the problem lies with some pathways which are in the spinal colum so it is possible that the brain is not involved at all. With a spinal haematoma there is problems with selected areas of the spinal cord which may improve with time. Occasionally surgery is needed to remove any blood clots but the MRI or CT would have shown these up.
