This is a kind of embarassing problem, but i am not sure how serious it is. I recently started noticing 4 tiny red pimple like dots on my inner thigh. They are really small (the size of a pin head), painless, and there are only 4 of them. 2 are on my right thigh and 2 are on my left. I am sexually active and have had a ingrown hair or clogged pore down there before. I am worried it could be some kind of std, but I have not noticed any inside of my vaginal lips. I have had no other symptoms, and suspect that the bumps could be from wearing tight spandex to do yoga. Should i get it checked out or am i being a total worry wart?
