What to do when having a serius throat problem?

I''m having a serius problem in my throat in both of my tonsils there is a white and stinky thing that it constantly coming out and it looks like pieces of cauliflowers. Also I''m very concern because the right side of my throat looks red, it look like a burn, it makes me caughf and it makes me sneeze when I least expected. this is been going on for a long time and I have no idea what this could be. Please I need some suggestion It is getting too serius.What to do when having a serius throat problem?
