Hi,
The symptoms of dryness of mouth and red spots on the throat are due to flu. It is good that you took vitamin c and B tablets. To help you recover faster you can-
- do warm saline gargles
- take steam
- take oral tylenol/motrin
- take lots of fluids
- take benadryl/cetrizine if you have a cold
A flu shot will not help in curing the present acute episode. But it will definitely reduce the recurrence rate of re-infection.
Regards

what about the small red bump on the side of the back tognue, will it go away or it would still there. if is disappering would i being get back to my girlfriend again i kiss her. it possible that if you get a flu you feel like urine alot (like drinking too much water, it feel like i just urine and after awhile i feel like urine again). what you mean by warm saline garles, and so i can take oral tylenol right now.
