hello, i got some small red blister on the side on my back

hello,
i got some small red blister on the side on my back tongue, white coating on the tongue, the back of my throat is red, i urine a lot when i drink water because my throat with dry, it possible that i can get flu from kissing some one who has flu, (because my girlfriend got flu when i kiss her in the mouth). if it flu, then how would the small red blister on the side of the tongue go away. i start to take some vitamin c and vitamin b to help my immune system.

well, this is the first time i feel this irritating, can blister occur from bitting the front side of the tongue, also does it occur from the age 10 to 40.

Yes you can cause blisters from biting the tongue and this can occur at any age. You can even form these blister from sharp edges of food that you are chewing - eg crisps

Try strirring a half teaspoon of salt in warm/hot water and washing this around in your mouth. It stings a little at first, but you may well find this helps with the irritation.
