fever side throat neck

The glands in my neck are swollen and painful to the touch. I have a lump on the inside of my throat that keeps moving from one side of my windpipe to another. It is not noticeable until I swallow, and then it really hurts. I'm constipated, nauseated, and running a low-grade fever (100.7 f). I'm having trouble sleeping, and I keep having chills and hot flashes. What is wrong with me?
